INS Approved doctors

Not sure if this is the right place or not.

We are ready to file I-485 application, and it required the medical exam from INS approved doctor.

Just wondering that if someone has done in past and how much they pay.

I got one quote $365.00 (x4 family of 4 becomes $1460.00)

Please advise if any cheaper than this. my zip codes are 20152 / 22193 / 22201

I think I paid $140. I would definitely shop around. Ask if there are additional fees (e.g. lab, immunization etc.).
