Inquiry response no visa available

My lawyer made a inquiry two week back, and today I recieved the reposne that there is no visa available, howcome Eb2 visa is not available. On this forum I can see one guy got his approval. Don't know whats going on.

Ask your lawyer to request AILA enquiry....do it fast because
as of July Visa Bulletin PD is follows:
Category: EB2
Worldwide: C
INDIA: 01JAN03
CHINA: 01MAR05
MEXICO: C
PHILIP-PINES: C

from 1 August 2006 it will be as per august visa bulletin which is:
Category: EB2
Worldwide: C
INDIA: Unavailable
CHINA: 01MAR05
MEXICO: C
PHILIP-PINES: C

I wouldn't hold my breath. If it's not approved by this time tomorrow afternoon, it's not going to happen until October.

More than likely the stupid rep read the August bulletin instead of the July one.

our guys do not seem to understand how EB2 went unavailable. Please follow the thread "EB2 Unavailable" under "Priority Dates Retrogression Issues". This will hopefully clear all your doubts.
