My file is at TSC. I've been stuck in name check for over 2 yrs now. I called the 800 number on Feb 21 and talked to a very nice lady (very surprising!!!). She put an inquiery on my file and she told me hopefully your case will be approved by March 10! Guess what!? I got a letter from USCIS saying that my case is not ready for decision because my background check is still pending and call back in 6months!!!!!! what kind of BS is that!? I called again the 800 number and the officer said it is what it is and the memo does not guarantee ur approval. He said there is nothing that can be done and he cannot even put another inquiery on the file before 3months passes from the last one! Im soooo frustrated about how unefficienct this immigration system can be!!!!
