the customer service 800 number is realy useless so i thaught talkin with the ombusdman is a good idea.
USCIS does not want to put everything together. They complicate more on our cases by moving here and there and calling customer service is merely useless. I called twice and I did not get proper answer. what to do with these guys? Thank God they did not send one file to TSC and another one to CSC so that my application will be adjudicated by all 4 centers
