Congratulations, You last appeared on the forum on May 19, 07 and then disappeared and then appeared again on Aug 15th with the post regarding your Passport. Would you be kind enough to post your details as to did you do anything like infopass or wrote letters to politicians or contacted the service center. When did you get your Interview letter, what date was the interview and when was the oath.

05/30/2007 - IL received from VSC
07/12/2007 - N-400 Interview at Buffalo NY District
08/09/2007 - Oath ceremony
08/09/2007 - Applied Expedited Passport
08/14/2007 - Passport On-line Status as a pending
08/27/2007 - Patient to wait for the PP to arrive

Thank you for the response. Just a quick question, did you do anything extra like calling the senator or congressman or calling the uscis or etc. It would really help.

NO, I did not call anyone. However, I went to Local INS and asked about my N-400 status on May 1st and they told me that my Name Check was still in pending. I went home and waited for the last week of May then my IL came with big surprised........
Good luck...!!! I hope you will receive your IL sooner.

One Last Question. It would really be very helpful for a lot of folks here if you would be kind enough (if its ok with you) to tell us your country or maybe first couple of letters of the country if that makes it easier for you.
