Information Required. Case Status- No Approvals( is it good or Scary ?).

Here is my Case History... Please give a reply, if anybody in similar stage:

Category EB2 (Substitute)

140/485/EAD/FP: Notice Date:Feb 23rd’ 2005
140 LUD: Feb 23rd, 24th, 25th, 28th and March 7th 2005.
EAD: LUD: LUD: Feb 23rd, 24th, 25th, 28th and March 7th 2005.
AP: LUD: LUD: Feb 23rd, 24th, 25th, 28th and March 7th 2005.

485 LUD: LUD: Feb 23rd, 24th, 25th, 28th and March 7th 2005
FP: Schedule Date 29th April’2005, But Given early on 6th April’2005,
485 LUD: on 6th/ April after FP, and 7th and 18th April (Changed the message FP Received). One more LUD for I-485 on 19th/ April.( No Message Change)

No Approvals on EAD/ AP/ I-140....?

hi Man,

my receipt date feb 23rd and notice date is feb 28th. vermont center.
eb2 substition labour. concurrent filing.
last update on everything is march 07,2005.
FP is on april 21st. today I will give FP. probably after FP LUD may change but otherwise EAD/AP/140/485 NO CHANGE.
