Information Request To Apply Gc For Brother

I recently got my GC through marriage last week. I would like to know, If I can apply for my Brother who is in India currently, if yes what are the formalities.

... and once you're a US citizen, your brother will be 4th preference category with a wait of currently over 10 years before he can apply. So he'd be looking at getting his GC in about 17 years from now through your sponsorship.

Only U.S. citizens can apply for siblings to receive GC, so he'll have to wait quite a while!
