Here is the over all procedure which i am writing down for my wife H4 interview next week.Guys if any one like give some more comments or if i miss something please do mention.......This will give other people overall H4 Process idea.Thx

OVERALL PROCEDURE
If Appointment time is 8:30 AM.
STEP 1
atleast Reach embassy by 8:00 Am and wait in the queue then security people will check the appointment letter and ask you to join in the queue outside embassy.
STEP 2
Wait in the line and go to counter. An Indian Officer will take or ask your applications (In the following Listor more )
wife Passport
DS156, DS157
your I-797
DD's. (Rs 4400 and Rs 2200)
Marriage certificate
copy of your passport if you are not attending the interview with ur wife
These guys take about 25-30 mins to process this stuff and then they will hand you back your passport and other stuff. They will keep 4400 DD inside and return our passports and inform you to go inside embassy.
STEP 3
Now you are ready to enter the embassy and face the consular.Before you stand in a queue to be interviewed, you go to a TTS counter and pay Rs. 441/ (Fee for sending the passport back to you via courier).They will issue a receipt number or token with Number.
(If not much crowd …..the TTS guy directs you to the queue and tells you specifically which queue to stand in)
STEP 4
Your number will be calling by the consular or Visa Officer. Then the interview will be start like this. She or He may ask any of the following documents below.
Passport, wedding photos, I797, Invitation, Marriage certificate…etc
Give finger prints. (First, left index finger and next right index finger)
Here are the possible interview questions
1) How long H-1B applicant was in usa.
2) What the name of the company?
3) Where do i stay in u.s?
4) How long did you know me b4 marriage?
5) How did he knew me b4 marriage – (Arranged Marriage)

2) What is the function hall name?
3) Who is the person in the photograph (They asked me to show my wedding snaps).
4) How is he related? (General question)
5) Where is ur husband right now?

3) Is it arranged marriage?
4) Show me your wedding pics? ……………….
5) What were you doing before marriage?
6) Where? how many people attend to your wedding?

3. Was it an arranged marriage -
4. Did you meet him/her before marriage?
5. How did you communicate with him? Phone
6. Do you plan to work in US (NO!!) – NO NO
7. Where is your husband now -
8. Where does your husband work/live?
9. Why did you come to Kolkata instead of Chennai (just said that we did not get an earlier appointment)
After the questions……. she or he will give one receipt and suppose to say your visa have been approved.(If you are lucky)
STEP 5
Once your visa approved then go to TTS counter again and they will issue a Cover and ask you to write your shipping address and informed us it will reach us with in a week. You have to give (return) those tokens to them
