I applied my adjsutment based on asylee in oct 2002. So far no decision was made. I contacted TSC and I got the following answer.

"Thank you for your Inquiry. Unfortunately, sometimes cases are processed out of order. Oftentimes, there is a reason why this happens. Again unfortunately, we cannot disclose this information. Your case is pending and will be processed within reasonable time frame."

My question is that am I not allowed why my case is pending? Do I need to go for Fed. lawsuit?
thanks

National security issue? That would be my guess. Consult an attorney.
