Just today finished an Infopass at the Washington DC DO at Fairfax, VA USCIS office. Just explained the situation. Applied for name change and waiting to get oath letter after passing the interview 50 days earlier.
The officer told me that " My name is still in the system and will recieve oath letter with in few weeks. She also told each month 3rd Thursday there will be oath ceremony at the Alexandria Courthouse for about 70 to 80 people."
Atleast I made sure that " I did not miss the oath letter"
