I have a question about INFOPASS. My NIW 140 has been pending at TSC since Jan 12, 2007. A month back my lawyer filed a service resuest. We got a response saying that they are conducting additional review and hence the delay. I was wondering if it is worth making an INFOPASS appointment. What is the difference between filing a service request and INFOPASS? Can you make an INFOPASS appointment for a case pending and out of normal processing times? Can I still make an appointment since a service request has already been filed? Thanks

You can do this infopass without worrying about query request!
honestly don't expect anything from Infopass
