Infopass urgent help.

I want to cancel Infopass appt, when I tried it's asking for
bar code number and PIN. My bar code number is only *--0* (I don't see anything else under my bar code).
System dosen't accept this number, when I tried to cancel. Any idea? Thanks.
 
try to print it out so that u can see the number may be!?I cancelled 2 days back and they r saying the infopass doesnt work today!?
 
You must have printed that in portrait page. I had same problem however i didn't close my window and printed again in landscape and it came fine.
 
got it....

I found out. Actually, bar code is a php file and if you view the source of the html file you can notice the bar code php file name and an alt text like "alt=some number". That's the bar code numer. Thanks.
