INfopass question

I tried to cancel my Infopass appointment (12/20 8:00 ) on 4:30

and scheduled a new one on 1/3 8:00

After I schedule the 1/3 and tried to cancel the old one
don't know why the system didnt allow me to cancel.
it show" you can no longer to cancel......."

If I cannot go to this infopass, will it cause any problem???

as far as i aware, its not a big deal if you cant cancel your previous appt - they will just skip you
