I was trying to setup an appointment for my case and while going thru the list of options couple of them seems to be in close proximity as the purpose of the DO visit:

1)You have a Qs abt your case.
2)You wish to speak to an immigration officer.

I just needed to find out as whats going on with my N-400 application. For those who have used this system, which one is the better one to pick?

1 & 2 are the same

You speak to an immig officer as you have questions on your case!

In my case, when I chose 1), it came up with a message to go through some automated stuff. So I chose 2) to setup the appt.
