infopass information?

Hi,

My case is stuck in Name Check for around 18 months (as per NSC Immig officer and information from Sentaor's office).

I have made an appointment with Infopass to find out more details about my NC status.

Can you let me know what is the best way to ask them about NC.
Also what all documents do I need to cary with me, should they be original or copies are fine.

Usually the officer at the reception will tell you right there what is holding up your application if you are outside of the processing times.

Just ask casually about your name check. The officer should start looking at another screen and then tell you the status of your name check.
