I think William419 is an immigration officer trying to stop people calling to USCIS :p . And also he denies that 2001 cases have been approved. :D
 
William419 no longer exists. I think that day was his sick day from the USCIS so he came to discourage us not to call. Its ok..We have enough Pyschos in this forum to take his place..:)

Actually there might be an easy way to figure out who is William? If we can get the server log from the administrator, we can traceroute its IP (in most cases) all the way to the origin IP. And William could be one of us as well, one never knows:)

Somebody knows administrator?

In your signature..I think you mean RFI and RFE? ..RFI is the yellow paper and RFE Is the white paper...
