INFOPASS BOS Jun 26 Exp - Case under review!

So, I was up at 6AM this morning and headed to Boston for my second INFOPASS...parked on portland st(ASC located here) and walked back to Government Center where the JFK federal building is...past security check to room E160, time:705AM.

I was the first one...went to counter and spoke to a lady officer who collected EAD card, opened my case details and said as of 6/18/2007 this case was being looked into by an officer...yes, she clarified that this was indeed being looked at by an officer and it was in the "adjustments office" and before we cd ask any further, "Good Day nOw" and come back after 90 days for another appointment...

On my last phone call to TSC, I was told ":it will be assigned shortly" and quite didnt expect the answer INFOPASS officer had to say - I believed it

Back at work 800AM...and trying to get this in before this site becomes busy

Today I had Infopass appointment in Mclean VA . She ask show your EAD. After looking on to screen . She Say that Case is transfer to VCS-> TCS . That I know that I had received the Letter form TCS. What my 485 status. Card is in Producation . This mean that my case is approved . I can giive more information beon that . What about NC and Finger Printing ? No answer . She given me same answer that your card is in Producation in TCS. Just wait .


Does any one has get answer from Infopass that your card is in producation in TCS. ?

Wow, if this is true, then you are approved! This would make you the first EB2 transfer case to be approved. Card production ordered means that they're manufacturing your green card at the KY facility. Now, have you checked your case status online? Have you signed up for email updates on your case? If the TSC has approved your case, it should refect in the case status online and the message should state "Card Production Ordered"...
If true, then heartiest congratulations to you. I'd verify it by checking your case status.

online Message show same old case panding at tcs . No email message update and also no LUD also .

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.
