I got I-485 approval notices for me and my wife on Monday 4th of April. I have been trying to make an appointement with Infopass and all I get is "At this time, there are no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please try back again later". Can somebody guide me on this? Are there any specific times or methods to be followed? -- Thatdude

Keep trying. After one infopass appt. you have to wait for at least 30 minutes. It happened to me but after sometime, it worked.

Also, if you are trying for Charlotte, my personal experience is try at 5.00 PM EST. Make sure you clear the cache before retry.

Starting April 4th I must have tried atleast 1000 times. I have even tried at ungodly time as 2:00 am... (did not mind wife complaining..) Yes I have tried to clear the cache every time I retry... 8:00 am in the morning, between 4:55pm and 5:05pm in the evening..
This is for appointment at Charlotte... I understand that this is a tough one.. When I had to go there for FP (EAD) in Oct 2004, it was not this difficult
