Infopass Appointment question

Ok I made a dumb mistake. I scheduled an Infopass appointment and when the confirmation page came up (with the barcode and PIN number) I accidentally closed the window without printing it.

What can I do now? I can't even cancel the appointment because the system asks my barcode and PIN.

schedule another apointment and forget about the first one simply.
 
If you remeber the date and time of the appointment you can still go they have a list of all appointments and they will see you name when you get there and they will let you in. I did the same thing.
