Infopass appointment for N-400

I am planning to take an Infopass Appointment this week. I did my FP by walk-in on 6/9/07 and would like to know if there is a waiting period before taking the Infopass (so far it is 16 days from FP). I checked that my FP got cleared by calling the FBI. But there are other checks like IBIS, Name Check, Background Check etc. Is there any questions I need to ask when I go to Infopass Appointment apart from the below which was posted by 'dckaraja' I believe? Thanks to 'dckaraja'.

Q Has my file arrived at the DO from Service Center?
Q Has the Fingerprint check completed successfully?
Q What is the status of Name/Background Check?
Q Has any letter sent by the DO to my address?
Q Are there any other impediments to my application's processing?
Q What are the next steps and when?

My timeline is given below:

FP Notice Received in Mail: 06/09/2007
FP done through walk-in: 06/09/2007
Actual FP Appointment date: 06/28/2007

Your application is only a month old. That's nano-seconds in USCIS time. Why bother with an InfoPass - there's nothing you can do about any information you might be able to get out of the counter person.

Sit back, relax, enjoy the wait. It makes getting the natz cert feel that much better (and, I'm being serious about everything I'm saying here).

Flydog,
Thanks for your response. Nano-seconds? Looks like a long way to go.

btw: Anybody who has District Office as Portland, OR ? I haven't seen anybody whose DO is Portland, Oregon after year 2005 in this forum.

Look at the other posts and timelines. A very few fortunate applicants measure background checks etc in terms of weeks. Most of us measure the process in terms of months (mine was about 7-8 months and was not atypical) and a few sad souls wait for a year or more. Flydog was right ..... don't get too anxious until 6 months have passed.
