Read that you got a FPnotice after a talking to IIO .What did you talk to IIO and is there any way to follow up for FP notice .

My ND is 07/00, but I am still waiting for FP notice. Could you please tell me what information you got when you called IIO? Did your attorney help you call INS about it?

My lawyer went to INS CSC last month and requested an officer to look into my case. Because my PD is Apr 1997 . Also I called CSC last week and requested them to look into my case. Other than that we didn\'t do anything.
