Info required regarding experience letter

For filing I-140 , is it compulsory to include experience letter from the previous employer ? What are other alternatives if the same not available ?

Experience letters

Experience letters from ONLY the previous EMPLOYERS is not mandatory. You can get them from the supervisor(s) and/or colleagues(s). But, make sure that the letters are notarized.
 
Need some info regarding the documents

Gurus,
I am new this thread, i just cleared MY Labor from NJ. And planning to file 140/485 together,
can some one let me know, what are the Documents I need to submit.

Did any have check List t, that will help.
