INFO REG. H1B STAMPING IN TORONTO in particular or CANADA in General

Hello

I am planning to get my H1B stamped. Can anybody please help me by answering these questions...before that these are some info abt myself

1) I came here in Feb 2000 on H1 (stamped in India) from Company A
2) Company A was taken over by Company B and I got the new H1B Stamped in India
3) I changed my status to F1 and got my masters degree here in May 2003
4) Now I got a job four months back and my H1 is approved from Company C

these are the questions:

1) Should I go to Canada to get my visa stamped or can I send it to St.Louis
2) What are the pros and cons in either case
3) Any new updates on H1 Stamping in Canada.
