Gurus,
I have 2 questions

1.how long normally Vermont center takes to approve I 485 application , once I 140 is approved in EB1 Category-
Concurrently filled on Dec 2002- I 140 approved today, 29 March- one RFE on education.
2.how safe is I 485 application after that.

Well if I-140 is approved, you can have little more security than if you dont have I140 approved because you can always use AC21 for a new job atleast. Regarding timelength, in my view at this stage only ND that matters and also LUCK so I would say you can have approval sometime this year(May be Fall)
