INFO PASS : Pre-adjudicated -- under review

Hi,
I had info pass appointment in the morning and I asked my 1-485 status. She said everything looks good and case is pre-adjudicated -- under review. She showed me the screen and I saw the same.

Is anybody in the same boat?

Hi,

I had the same experience in my infopass appointment. However, I didn't have the luxury of seeing the monitor screen. The IO told me that my case is Pre-Adjudicated and under review.

I don't know when this will move to 'Adjudicated'.

I was told the same thing at InfoPass and after that I called the TSC and 2 days after that my case is approved.

I think you might get an approval soon

She(IO) said that all the checks are clear and Fingerprints are valid and that she will investigate further. She asked me to call her back after 3 weeks. BUt as i said i got the approval 2 days after that.

Wow! How do you guys manage to get such friendly officers that allow you to look at the screen.

Narendratb, I believe both you and Grimjudge would be receiving your approval notices within a couple of days.

If your case is pre-adjudicated and under review, that means your approval is days or even hours away.

Pre Adjucticated means??

Guy's please what exactly meaning of Pre Adjucticated ?

I am little frustrated with my case and i am trying in every way i can.

Last friday i took infopass appointment and IO told me that my case is not assigned a VISA no. and still background check is pending.

and then yesterday i called Texas Service Center the immigration officer and talked to IO, he told me that the security check is cleared.

and is Security check and background check both are same ?

Please someone answer my questions.
