Info Pass(can't access)

I cannot access Infopass and make an appointment for some reason.

When I click to make an appointment, it goes back to the same page. Is it just me or all of you have the same problem?

You have to keep trying. Why do you want an Infopass anyway? Looks like you have got your interview set up...

True. BUt they scheduled me way out of my District Office. I think there has been a mistake. I better check with an immigration officer, before making the 14 hour trip.

I have the InfoPass problem too.

Maybe you will be able to get thru on the phone today to sort out this Memphis mess.

I will try. But I doubt the phone will be any help since these people don't have access to any files.

I bet they will refer me to infopass and talk to an immigration officer ASAP.
