Info on AOS - please help

I am a H1-B holder married to a USC in CA. Sent my 131, 864 and 485 yesterday.

Questions:

1) any way to find out the avg processing time for applications from CA? Some of the timelines here indicate around 6 months.

2) If I am called for an interview, should me and my spouse both go?

3) Both me and my spouse travel on work outside the country. Is it possible to request postponement of interview in emergency situations.

Wanted to get some of this information ahead of time, so we can be prepared.

That's more or less the timeline for CA.

Yes, you can postpone. You can only do that when you know your actual interview date.
