I opted for CP when I applied for I-140. I am still waiting for my approval though. What I want to know is, what documents does the employer need to provide for CP. I know that for I485 the employer has to file I864 affidavit of support etc.... Does the employer need to provide the same things with CP also ?? Or is the whole CP procedure different ?? Can some please explain in detail, how the CP works ???/
