info needed about h1/green card

hi gurus,

A person is working for company A on h1. Company A
has also filed for his green card Company A is taken over
by B and becomes B. My questions are

1. Will the h1 for company A be still valid for the person or
a new h1 has to be filed?
2. What happens to the green card processing? Will new labor certification be reqd for the new company or it can be transferred ?
 
No

But in both cases (h1 and GC) the take over contract should talk about successor of interest about these cases.
