Influence of job transfer on H-1 Visa ?

Hi, if I transfer job within the company from one office to another office in different states. Will there any influence on my H-1 Visa applying process? (The attorney filed my H-1 application in January, I didn\'t get the H-1 Visa yet).

Any information is appreciated! Thanks a lot.

What is LCA amendment? Should I file by myself or through the attorney? My paycheck will come from the current office instead of the previous office. Will the different paycheck cause any trouble for the H-1 applying?

LCA=Labor Condition Application-ETA-9035 - BUT, LCA Amendment is NOT enough

INS has always said that anytime an amended LCA is required the petition must be amended. DOL made it very clear about a year and a half ago that an amended LCA must be obtained in your situation.
