Guys,
The latest Visa bulletin shows VSC is processing 485 cases for RD=4/00.

If that\'s true, then can I assume my case is being considered as my RD was 3/00 ? What am I missing here ? How can I make sense of the Visa bulletin dates - should I compare those dates with my RD ?
