I want to know whether there will be any issue to renew India passport in case of deportation from US for working without permit. Deportation happened more than 5 years ago and now my passport is about to expire. Please let me know the potential issue I may face to renew my passport. Also, can I travel to other countries in this case?

no idea about the passport renewal question (most countries would not take this as a factor in renewing a passport)
as for traveling to other countries, that depends on the country, especially if you need a visa. Some want to know about any overstay or immigration violation anywhere in the world (off the top of my head this includes UK, Australia and Canada, and i think Schengen ), and others are only interested in what you’ve done in their country in the past. Ironically the US falls into this second category.
