2009 - Parents got GC and sponsored me under F2B - GC sponsoring unmarried son above 21 years of age
2015 - I got married and which automatically nullifies the F2B application, it was also the year the F2B application became current.
2016 - Parents became US citizens
2017 - Parents sponsored me under the F3 category - US citizen sponsoring married son 21+ of age.
2019 - Both parents are not in good health.
I am currently in the US on H1B and I am supporting my parents and their expenses. I am also taking care of them for all their medical and living needs. My H1B is valid for 3 years and I need to go thru renewal which may or may not renew. In the event my H1B doesn't renew I wouldn't be able to support my parents in the US.
Is there any way that I can appeal to fast track my GC as the line for India is at a 10-15+ year wait. I also have an i140 that I got approved thru employment based ( EB2) with a priority date of Dec 2014.
