India next in Registration lineup?? Any precautionary measures do we have to take up?

Folks, Looking at the addition of countries to the registration process, India may be in the line up. Does anybody know what precautions do we have to take up before anything is anounced. Please shed some light on this issue. Myself in I485 with approved I140. RD 11/18/02. Waiting for EAD. :confused:
 
I don't think the administration will be in an aweful hurry to add India to the list just yet, though eventually it is just a matter of time. As long as you have always been legally present in the country I don't think it will be a big deal when it happens. Those with prolonged periods of unauthorized stay might face problems.
Again, this is only my personal opinion. I do not purport to be an expert on this issue. Your lawyer would be the best person to ask for advise.

I agree with you. They might not be in a hurry to add India to the list. There is no one incident that India is involved in any terrorist attack or any attack on American intersts. I just thought to be cautious and better equipped for that is a good thing.
