India---dcf

Hi,I am about to file for dcf in delhi.Are the procedures,requirements still the same.Is dcf still happening in India?Please help.I will be going to delhi in 2 days time.Thanks.

It is still happening fom what I know. But how can you be filing soon if you leaving for New Delhi in 2 days (assuming you coming from outside India). You have to be staying in india for 60 days before filing DCF. I am on day 39 right now.

Please post your experience here once you visit Delhi. I am going to be there at the US Embassay on Jan 17th.
