January 2005 Visa Bulletin: India/China/Filipino EB-3 Retrogressed to 01/01/2002.
What does it mean?
...You can file I-485 only if you have PD before Jan 2002. Also, all the cases currently pending with USCIS center will be put on hold unless they can pass PD test.
Is it applicable only for the applicants belongs to India / China / Filipino EB3 case who are currently working and living in USA?
... It's applicable to India/China/Phillipines born individuals. And it's not only for I-485 but also for CP processing.
