Independent Contractor Work Offer (Graphic Designer)

I understand that in order to qualify for a TN, you must have a work offer and a support letter. I understand all of the content the border officers would expect to see in of both of these documents when applying for a part-time or full-time work TN.

Does anyone have suggestions on what a Work Offer would look like for a graphic designer applying for TN as an independent contractor? What kind of information would need to be included on this document?

Before anyone asks, yes, I do have a company who is willing to sponsor me to do work for them as an independent contractor.

I guess a better question would have been: Do I need a Work Offer letter to get a TN as an independent contractor? Or will simply the Support Letter suffice?

You never need a "work offer" letter. You always need a TN letter, which willv stipulte the terms of your remuneration, along with the tasks you will perform, and your end date. it is rare that a firm's offer sheet has all the required info for TN.
