Hello, I recd. a yellow letter saying I should bring document related to arrest as I have indicated that I was arrested in n400. I have not.

Rather, I just showed that I have recd. 5 traffic citations in last 10 years and that too less than $400 fine each. I'm worried....What shall I do???

Can I do anything before my interview??

Relax, you are fine.
The yellow letter is a form letter generated by a computer. It uses the same (fairly outdated and imprecise) language for all the applicants who answered "yes" to Q. 16 ("Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained") in part 10D of N-400, for any reason. So the yellow letter's text does not imply that they think you were arrested. You can explain the situation with your traffic tickets to the IO during the interview.
