My Lawyer filled in an incorrect SSN for my H1-B petetion(All previous as well). I noticed this when i was checking my I140 petetion.
He says it is O.K. as G.C is for a future job.
Do i need to file an amendment correcting all my prior H1-B's. He is not inclined to do it as he needs to pay the application fees ($195) (mistake happened at his end). Will this become an issue at the time of I485 interview? My wife is planning to Visit India in may (she will be getting per passport stamped(H-4) Will there be any issue there?
