Incorrect salary between 485 application and labor application

Hello Folks,

I have filed my 485 on sept 2001. My salary in labor approval and Affidavit of support(I-134) which i have attached, for my wife are same, where as my company employment letter has different salary(lower than my labor).

Will it create any problem?

salary should be more or equal to what was mentioned in the labor.

My Attorney said , your current salary should be more or equal to what was mentioned in the labor.

Even my attroney said the same that I should draw the salary mentioned in LC at the time of GC approval. He even cross-checked with my W-2 and IRS tax returns and i believe he sent a copy of those documents along with my 485.
