Incorrect received date on I-485 receipts

I just received my I-485, EAD and AP receipts from USCIS today. It's the same on my wife's receipts too. I am upset that the receipt date shows up as July 2, 2007 even though I have Fedex signature proof that my package was received on June 29, 2007. Will this make a difference in terms of when my case will be processed? Should I contest this date?

June 29 was Friday ,Fedex proof does not mean that it reached USCIS Mail room
June 30 was saturday
July 1 was Sunday

July 2 reciept is ok
