Incorrect PD on I140 approval notice,help !!!

Hi guys , I am a end of last July filer and my EB2 PD is current for June VB ,however,untill last week I found out my PD was wrong in USCIS system . I contacted my attorney and they denied at first,but they finally agreed when my company's specialist showed me the image of my I140 approval notice which has wrong PD on it.

Then my attorney placed expedite service request for correcting my PD and said it would take up to 5 days. But now it almost 10 days past ,nothing happend , and my attorney didn't response my email inquery yestoday.

So guys , if there any ways I can push through this,my attorney is not very corporative even I forgave their mistake on not verifying information on my I140 approval notice in early May...

I got incorrect PD on approved I140.. LC applied through PERM –2005. I140 approved on 2006. But, In I140-the PD has Aug-2006 instead of Aug-2005 (LC date).

I found it 6 month back… Still working with lawyer … They called TSC and TSC asked them to work with VSC (since I140 belongs to VSC)… They send copy of original (LC) document to VSC… It took more than 30 days..
I didn’t get any LUD or response …

Hi Zoomdoom , your situation really scared me little bit on my expectation , we are in similar boat , my PD is current this month ,you can imagine how anxious I am .

However ,my company's attorney is really bad,never admitted their mistake that they should verify my I140 at first place last month but they didn't ,and hence put me in such bad situation. I am trying to push hard through my company's specialist and also directly to my attorney , emphasised the importance and criticalness ... but I still can't trush those money sucker attorneys ,they never care about your life . If I don't follow up on a promised response timeframe,they never update me anything...

I am considering USCIS Ombusman , I think you should try since I heard of that it worked for someone. I will wait for one more week or so and then decide whether to take further steps .

I will update here if my PD issue get resovled soon!

My attorney just email me said that they received my new I140 approval
notice in mail , so just let you know that if you are still waiting ,try something like expedite request.

Hi nyfunman ,

Yesterday, I called my lawyer... They didn’t have service request, based on phone call, they send manual document. I asked them to call VSC one more time.. I hope, they will do it on coming week.

What is "expedite service request", is it different than normal service request .. Please let me know ... Is it your I140 and 485 LUD got changed ... Please let us know .. If you get any update on your I140 or 485, please share with me on this thread … …

Also, if they change the I-140 PD in VSC, they need to notify TSC for 485...

Did you get LUD on 485 ? Since, I140 in VSC and 485 on TSC... Do we need to notify to TSC by phone ? What is the procedure ....


I got LUD on I-140 after PD correction ... I am waiting for mail from VSC regarding new changes on I140 ... I am not sure, do I need to TSC for this new changes …

If you get any LUD or update on you 485, please let me know .. I am not sure, how to reflect corrected I140 PD on existing 485 on different center (TSC)

Hi Zoomdoom

I didn't get LUD after PD corrected on 140 approval notice . My attorney(employer also) received new 140 approval notice with correct PD printed on .

However ,no LUD on 485 online ,also my 140 LUD online is different with yours ,it said "approval notice sent ..." , just as before...
