I received packet 3.5 a couple of weeks back. My name in the document is incorrect. Right now I am in US and I have the option of filing I-485 that I will do shortly. My question is how can I get my name corrected? I am a little confused what kind of documentation I should send to get my name corrected? Otherwise I may get my green card with wrong name.
