My question is will this name correction causes any delay of my citizenship journey?

The N-400 has one question for your current legal name, and another question for the name as displayed on your green card. If you put your correct legal name for that first question, and have other IDs to verify that name, that is what they will put on the naturalization certificate.
If you already wrote the green card name in the space where it asks for your legal name, you need to correct that at the interview.
