Incorrect I-94 extention by TSC Next week travelling...please help

My Wife and 2 kids visa expired in Sep2003. we had file I-539 45 days before it expired....
We recived approval and I-94 Extention for my wife on March30.
But My kids I-94 we haven't recived . there names are not there
on I797 approval either.
I do have the receipt which have all three name and DOB. on it.
I am travelling to india next week with my kids .
I am affraid because kids are not having extende approval.

Please advice.

If you are traveling with them abroad anyway, just process for their new H-4 visas on the basis of your current I-797 approval notice and it will be fine. For that you do not need to first have the extension approval.
