Great Gurus,
Please help me!
I am on my 10th year H1B extension valid until July 7th 2007.
On my last visit to my home country I got my visa revalidated in my passport.
At the port of entry the immigration officer made clerical error by inking down the incorrect expiration date on my I-94 card.
Best way to explain is jot down the big picture...
* July 10th 2006 got my visa revalidated.
* July 19th 2006 disembarked in Washington DC.
* Immigration officer had mentioned incorrect expiration date as July 7th 2006 instead of July 7th 2007.
My employer is getting ready to file my 11th year H1B extension.
Do you guys see this incorrect expiration date on I-94 card as an immense problem? Will it cause any implication in the future? Please help me.
Thanks in Advance
