Hi, Good Day .. Request you to pls guide on the below mentioned query:
1. How to identify/determine that the I-797C (shared by my petitioner/sponsor after the declaration of H1B Lottery results) is genuine as the Passport Number is mentioned incorrectly (i.e. my Last Name is mentioned against the passport number but my Name and DOB are correct).
2. Do I first need to have it corrected before the H1B petition is filed OR can I proceed to file my H1B petition based on my name and DOB (assuming that I-797C is authentic).
3. Alternatively, What is the process of correcting the above mentioned discrepancy in I-797C ..
