Incorrect Date on H-1B Papers

Hi Everybody,

I have recently renewed my H-1 papers and found my
date of birth is mentioned incorrectly on I-94.

Is there any way to get it corrected, if so how.

Send back the papers to INS thru your Attorney, It will take few days to correct it.
