Do I have to submit W-2 forms as my wife is the Primary applicant and I am the beneficiary. Does she have to submit income tax returns too? This is for AOS.
My wife was the primary applicant and I was the benificiary. And we submitted pay stubs and W2s for both and copies of the jointly filed tax returns. I don\'t know if anything would have happened if I had not submitted mine. But why take a chance? As it so happened, our aos went without a hitch.
Did you submit all the page of the tax return or the first two pages showing your income and taxes paid. It seems there are quite a few pages including itemized deductions etc. Do I have to send all.
