Including Spouse while applying EAD

Hi All,

I am planning to apply for my EAD. Does anyone know if I can include my wife (who is on H1) when I apply for EAD.

Do not include any one, just yourself for the application. EAD is issued for one person and there is no group EAD yet.

In other words, EAD applications are single applications: You can apply for your own and if your spouse also has a pending I-485 in her name, then she can also apply for her own I-485. One separate application per person. If your wife does not have a pending I-485 then she does not qualify for an EAD.
